Counselling therapy
Counselling therapy offers people a chance to explore their concerns, grow in self-awareness, and make the most of their lives.
For some, the counselling experience might be brief and focused on specific concerns. There are times when just a few sessions is all that a client needs to gain clarity or perspective.
Counselling can also continue for a longer period if the client wants to explore their concerns in greater depth or work to make major changes.
I enjoy working with individuals (18+) as they face the transitions, challenges and opportunities that most of us encounter throughout our lives.
These issues can include:
- Stress
- Anxiety
- Trauma
- Depression
- ADHD/ADD in adolescents and adults
- Self-esteem and confidence issues
- Relationship concerns (including friends, partners, parents, children and siblings)
- Career/work issues (eg. retirement, work satisfaction, job loss and career change)
